Term of Service

General Rules

  • Commission arts are for personal use only, there's will be a charge for commercial use! (ESPECIALLY if RESELL it or used it for your monetized account)

  • Please do not use rude words or trolling, and be patient with me.

  • Please do not reselling my arts.

  • It's okay to re-upload, use, or edit my art if you add proper credits

  • Please send the reference via gdrive link (preferred HD colored pictures)

  • Send the specific refrence you have (character design, pose, expressions, outfit)

  • If you change/add specific reference in the middle of process, it will be charge since I have to redraw the specific part)

  • If I have to design a character which never drawn by anyone else, it'll be charged too (design from zero)

  • I will let you know the total payment

  • will start right after the payment

  • You can ask for minor revision (adjust something)

  • Major revision will be charged (changing clothes, expression (overall), pose)

  • Changing something that unmentioned in given reference or information will be charged

  • Canvas size depends on how many characters in (300 dpi)

  • No deadline, but if you have a reasonable issue (like someone’s birthday, please tell me)

  • DO NOT rush me. I have a real life, please respect me as a human being.

  • Commercial use means: using it for monetized account, using it for membership, selling and reproducing

  • If you use my commission work for commercial use WITHOUT paying the commercial price and still won't pay it even I ask, I will share our conversation, bank/PayPal information, and BLACKLISTED you for FUTURE commission

  • No refund (unless I can’t finish your commission in a certain condition)

  • Paying my commission means you AGREED with my TERMS OF SERVICE

  • I CAN DECLINE YOUR COMMISSION if I feel I couldn't draw your character!

Payment

  • Use PayPal for worldwide transaction

  • Use Yuucho Bank for JPY transaction

  • Use BRI, JAGO, and GOPAY for local transaction

  • The transaction fee will be paid by you

  • Payment needs to be sent beforehand (note me again after payment and I will check).

  • First paid commission is my priority

  • If there is a waiting list, I'll let you know when you have to send the payment
